Reporting a problem

If a tool does not work as expected, it helps a lot if you tell us:

which tool you used and what you expected to happen,
your browser and device (for example Safari on iPhone 15, or Chrome on Windows),
the size and type of the file, such as "a 40 MB PDF with 200 pages".

Please do not attach your files. We cannot see them when you use the tools, and for privacy's sake we would prefer not to receive them. A description, or a similar file without private content, is enough.
