The service

The site offers free tools for working with PDF and image files in your web browser. We may change, add or remove tools at any time. The tools are provided free of charge and without any promise of availability.

Your files

You keep all rights to your files. The tools process them on your device and we never receive them, so we cannot access, review, store or recover them. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you process, and for keeping backups. Always keep your original files: the tools create new copies and cannot undo changes you save over the originals.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe other people's rights, to forge documents or signatures, or to interfere with the site's operation, for example by sending automated bulk traffic to it.

Signatures

The signing tool places an image of a signature on a PDF page. It does not create a certified or cryptographic electronic signature. Whether such a signature is accepted depends on the document and on the law that applies. You are responsible for deciding whether it is suitable.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted operation. File processing depends on your device and browser; very large or unusual files may fail or produce results that differ from the original. Check important results before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SSN Management is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Advertising and third parties

The site shows advertising supplied by Google. We are not responsible for the content of ads or of third-party sites linked from the site. See the privacy policy for details.

Open-source components

The site includes open-source software under its own licences. See licences.
